So we heard you, took your feedback, and made some big changes.

• Our Facebook app is now live - install it and tell us what you think!
• You can share your bottles on blogs or MySpace. Simply copy the embed code under a bottle and paste it on your page.

This past Friday we changed the website to make it easier to navigate for those that are screen resolution challenged (like most of us with laptops). That means most of the important stuff should appear closer to the top of the page. We also enabled the ablilty to embed your Zenie Bottle - or any Zenie Bottle on any web or blog page simply by copying the embed code on the bottom of each bottle page (yes it works with MySpace). Facebook is still a couple of weeks out - but it’ll be pretty cool.

We will soon be opening up the web site for non-bottle owners (NBOs as we call them) to create accounts and make their own virtual bottles. Why - well we figure the more virtual bottles on our site - the more fun for all. In time, they may not have access to special functions or the ability to buy collector items - but for now they’ll get pretty much the full set of features. This all should happen in the next month - stay tuned.

New things are in store for the Zenie Bottle web site. In a few weeks our facebook app will be ready for you to use. Unlike the normal widgets, it will have more capabilities to share bottles with your facebook friends.

In late January we will be adding the ability to text message a bottle. You’ll be able to pick any of your virtual bottles and pair it with your mobile phone. Every time you send a message to “BOTTLE” (268853) it will automatically be placed in your bottle for all to see. Cool.

• If you like your bottle but really want another color - log into My Zenie and use an invite on yourself. That way you’ll get another avatar to choose when creating your bottles plus you’ll get five more invitations.
• Did you know you can create an anonymous bottle - simply select Yes under “Is this bottle Anonymous?” on the Setup tab for creating a new bottle.

• Your watching a bottle and you want the images to scroll faster - click and hold the arrow keys to the bottom right of the bottle.
• To change picture captions - after upload in the bottom of the screen you’ll see thumbnails of each photo - simply hit edit to change
• To speed things up you can edit the names of songs or images while you are uploading once they appear as thumbnails in the bottom of the screen
• To gift a bottle goto the invite section under My Zenie and purchase another bottle for yourself - on the purchase screen select that the bottle is a gift - the recipient will be able to create an account once they get the bottle and enter a their Z-code (inside the package)
• Want more invites - buy more bottles either for yourself or as a gift

After 10 months, we’re live! The Zenie Bottle web site is still in its infancy so please share with us your suggestions and frustrations.

We want to create a site that makes it easy and fun to share something about yourself that’s more than: age, height, sex, and what’s your favorite ice cream flavor. Share a moment, a passion, a love for a certain type of music, share your fear of snakes, or a desire to go skinny dipping in the Amazon (hey someone out there might) - share it as yourself or anonymously.

Once you’ve created a bottle or five - you can publish then on the Zenie Bottle web site or add it (or them) as a widget(s)/app on your favorite blog or social network.

So for those of you that don’t know - the only way to create a Zenie Bottle is to own a real one. The only way to get a real bottle is to be invited by someone that already owns one - our web site talks more about that topic.
